Puny Partridge PALE ALE Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin hops balanced with a malt profile of Maris Otter and Naked Malted Oats. Leading with aromas of freshly squeezed orange juice, pith, melon, and tropical fruit. ABV - 5% 20oz/$7

Fuzz Effect - Trillium (Boston, MA)

HAZY DIPA Notes of a tropical smoothie, fresh-pressed white grape juice, & lychee sorbet race across the palate. Each sip is silky, coating the tongue with uncut hop delight. With just enough sweetness to complement the waves of fruit aromatics, finishing gently bitter and highly satisfying. ABV - 8% 10oz/$6

Gamma Squeeze - Full Mile (Sun Prairie, WI)

FRUITED SOUR A mix of passionfruit, mango, pineapple and guava puree with a traditional wheat base beer that is sure to send you to the moon! Tart, but balanced. ABV - 4.6% 10oz/$5

BA IMPERIAL STOUT Conditioned on vanilla beans. ABV - 13% 10oz/$7

Rink IPA - Trillium (Boston, MA)

HAZY IPA Upfront aromas of bright pineapple and ripe papaya transition to candied peach rings and dried apricot as the beer makes its way across the palate w/ a gentle piney bitterness on the finish. ABV - 7% 20oz/$8

Le Pils - Working Draft (Madison, WI)

FRENCH PILSNER MaltEurop's French Pilsner Malt grown in the Champagne region of France and with French Strisselspalt hops. Dry and crisp with notes of hay, pink peppercorns and currants. ABV - 4.8% 20oz/$6

Classic Dry - Cider Farm (Mineral Point, WI)

DRY CIDER A blend of five English cider apples. These tannic apples, Major, Kingston Black, Somerset Redstreak, Chisel Jersey and Dabinett along with Liberty give the cider the acids and sugars needed to blend with the tannins. ABV 6.3% 10oz/$6

HAZY IPA Soft, pillowy mouthfeel with all of the resiny, tropical fruit and citrus goodness packed in the Chinook, Nectaron, Krush, Idaho 7 and El Dorado hops. ABV - 6.2% 20oz/$8

Bog Berry - Barrel + Beam (Marquette, MI)

FRUITED SOUR 40 lbs of cranberries help make this beer a little tart & a little funky from the blend of two choice Brettanomyces Bruxellensis barrels. ABV - 6.4% 10oz/$7

Blanc du Nord Barrel + Beam (Marquette, MI)

WITBIER Belgian inspired Witbier with citrus peel, very approachable. ABV - 5% 20oz/$7

Équinoxe - Barrel + Beam (Marquette, MI)

A wild saison brewed with French Pilsner malt, French Aramis hops, aged in French oak with many species of wild yeast and dry hopped with Michigan Chinook hops. Expect medium high funk, citrus and evergreen hop notes and a dry, subtly tart finish. ABV - 6.9% 10oz/$7

To Those Who Wait - Working Draft (Madison, WI)

CZECH PILSNER Herbal and spicy notes, a touch of bready maltiness, medium-bodied and crispy. Definitely worth the wait. ABV - 4.4% 20oz/$6

Lemongrass Pilsner - 3 sheeps (Sheboygan, WI)

PILSNER The perfect summertime beer doesn’t exi…. nevermind. We found it. Crisp Pilsner and refreshing lemongrass, with just a touch of cascade hops. Wonderfully balanced and incredibly refreshing. ABV - 4.5% 20oz/$6

BBA STOUT A 10 month Bourbon Barrel-aged Imperial Stout. Complex, but dangerously drinkable. ABV - 13% 10oz/$7

BA BARLEYWINE This barleywine consists of a blend of 3 barrels aged between 16-36 months and expresses notes of tobacco, bakers chocolate, cherries, oak, and burnt sugar. ABV - 14.9% 10oz/$7

Ryeway to Heaven - Revolution (Chicago, IL)

BA RYEWINE Lofty notes of maple, brown sugar, and candied pecan suggest sweetness before a dry, rye-forward finish. ABV - 15% 10oz/$9

American Barleywine - Giant Jones (Madison, WI)

BARLEYWINE A malty backbone is complemented by a generous amount of hops that present notes of berries and grapefruit. ABV - 10.2% 10oz/$6

BA French Toast & Banana - 608 Brewing (La Crosse, WI)

BA BARLEYWINE Old Elk Bourbon barrel-aged barleywine aged for for 32 months. Adjuncted with banana, cinnamon, and maple. ABV - 15% 10oz/$9

Canned Wheat - Fifth Ward (Oshkosh, WI)

WHEAT WINE A barrel aged monster slightly lighter in color to our Big Willy Style Barleywine, Canned Wheat leans on notes of honey, dates, and figs with a more fruity sweet character. Don't be fooled though! just because this beer is lighter in color, it packs just as much a punch as our other barrel aged beasts. ABV - 17% 10oz/$7

Cedar - Humble Forager (Rochester, MN)

A blend of 33-month-old barrel-aged English Barleywine. Extended aging in Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, and Willett Rye barrels has coaxed out complex layers of dried dark fruit, caramel, fresh leather, warming spices, figgy pudding, oak char, cocoa powder, and demerara sugar from this mahogany liquid. ABV - 13.9% 10oz/$8
