Kaiserson is a small batch, single-origin honey producer that specializes in capturing a place and time with their Chippewa Valley centered honeybees.
Join us as Drew walks us through seasonal variation and terroir effects, not only flavor and aroma but also the texture and consistency of honey. If you've never done a honey tasting, you won't want to miss this one! We'll be pairing various cheeses as well as experimenting ourselves with different beer pairings.
